Dear Hoyarners, We are excited to announce our first KAL -- also known as a knit-a-long! The idea of a knit-a-long is that a group of people all choose the same pattern to work on with a certain deadline.

About the event
We have decided that our first KAL is going to be a hat! We have picked a beginner pattern is and an intermediate pattern, both are linked at the bottom so feel free to take a look! We will provide all the yarn and needles for the project. We are eyeballing February 22nd as the first day of the KAL, which will probably last no more than three weeks. For this project, there will also be the option to donate your hat, which we will have forthcoming details about.
